About the Studio…

Welcome to Maria Scott Piano Studio! I consider it a privilege to assist others in their love and pursuit of music. My vision is to help each of my students develop their craft, learn to create, and enjoy the process. Lessons are tailored to each individual, creating a personal curriculum that works for the student. I aim to provide quality personal and professional experience, and to cultivate a supportive environment in which to strive for growth and excellence. 

About Maria…

Passionate and enthusiastic, Maria has decades of experience as a performer, collaborator, and educator. She has appeared as a soloist with the Ambler Symphony, in venues such as the Kennedy Center and Carnegie Hall, and competed abroad in Europe. Maria was a scholarship recipient through the YoungArts Foundation, and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Piano Performance from Peabody Institute.
